Land of Lovies provides comfort items to children affected by catastrophic events. We offer both personalized and large-scale support—connecting families with volunteers for individual donations while partnering with suppliers, event planners, and retailers to distribute bulk donations to affected areas. These comfort objects are more than just toys, they are essential to a child's sense of security during challenging times. A grassroots project started on Instagram on January 13, 2025 called The Stuffed Animal Recovery Initiative, is reuniting children with their cherished comfort objects lost in recent LA wildfires. A simple public spreadsheet has connected families to volunteers who help replace children’s stuffed animals. Within 4 weeks of inception, this initiative gained national recognition and gave way to the 501(c)(3) non-profit, Land of Lovies Inc.
