About Land+Shelter
Land+Shelter was founded in 2005 based on the idea that architecture is always site specific. We bring shelter and land together in our philosophy of the built environment. We are driven to create innovative architecture through collaboration with clients, long-term community involvement, and an honest commitment to sustainable design. We have a reputation built on a full spectrum of services from property evaluation leading to full architectural design through construction administration. We often take on diverse roles in our projects, serving as planning consultant, development consultant, and marriage counselor in addition to our role as architects. Land+Shelter provides an integration of architecture, sustainable design, owner’s representation, and community outreach – since 2005, we exist where passion meets purpose, and architecture becomes art. PRINCIPAL: ANDREA KORBER Andrea is principal and owner of Land+Shelter. She is dedicated to great design and a champion of the creative process. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth and Master’s in Architecture from the Harvard Design School.
