We pay landlords to allow us to install solar to supply low cost, green energy to their tenants. Landlord Solar Solutions uses the power of solar to generate win/win solutions for property owners and tenants of leased premises by paying for the installation of solar systems. Positive outcomes are generated for all parties in terms of energy use, carbon footprint and cash flow while empowering tenants with energy use analytics to drive further positive change in energy use and cash flow. Property owners are given an incentive payment to allow the installation to take place and the tenants are supplied with the solar power under a power purchase agreement at a rate at least 20% below the rate charged from their retail electricity provider. Tenants are not committed to any fixed term contract, when they leave the premises the agreement is terminated at no cost to the tenant.
