He was a commercial banker for seventeen years with extensive knowledge of collection procedures and served as collection manager for a major commercial bank. Mr. Sonneborn was also a real estate/construction lender and spent five years as a corporate banker. Mr. Sonneborn is a 1986 graduate of Stonier Graduate School of Banking, affiliated with University of Delaware, and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. For the last ten years he has owned and operated Landmark Management Services, Inc. The support staff of Landmark Management Services, Inc. has over thirty years of financial management experience. We are at your service 24 hours a day with an emergency property manger on call. Landmark offers customer service in both English and Spanish for your convenience. All management and financial services, include accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets and monthly financial statements are performed by Landmark Management Services, Inc., employees using state of the art computer equipment and software programs.
