The Langhe Country House farm is based in Neive in Località Pallareto n 15 at a typical Piedmontese farmhouse with L-shaped plant dating back to the mid-800 and built by the Rocca family, originally from the Langhe. The farmhouse formed by stables and barn and the land that surrounds it, has always been the protagonist of the rural life of the village where it is located.The renovation of the rural building was personally followed by the owner architect who followed the Guide to the recovery of traditional architecture of the G.A.L. Langhe Roero Leader as a minor and traditional asset, respecting the original structure and reusing and enhancing local materials, characteristics and construction elements. The Langhe Country farm deals with the production and sale of medicinal plants, mainly lavender and rosemary, cultivation of hazelnuts, fruit plants and vegetables, grapes and firewood (chestnut groves) for a total of about 9 ha, of which 4.82 h of eligible surface. The farmhouse consists of six rooms with bathroom for guests' stay and a breakfast room with adjoining kitchen. The rooms are all different from each other, some with a working wood-burning fireplace, bathtub, Turkish bath, balcony and / or private garden with table and chairs. Each room reflects the concept of traditional architecture, modern design and maximum comfort, linked to personalized and discreet hospitality. The agriturismo also includes an infinity pool and a small spa with Turkish bath and Finnish sauna.
