About Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation
Brought to life in 1985 by the community who recognized a need, Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation helps donors fulfil their wish to enable local health care improvements that support better health outcomes and benefit everyone in the community. Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation is a leader in building health care partnerships in Langley. We work with individuals and corporate and community supporters to fund capital projects as well as the most urgent needs of the hospital such as the purchase of cutting-edge medical equipment, funding clinical education programs to advance treatment and patient comforts. We also provide funding for special projects like the planned expansion of the Emergency Department. The Need Langley Memorial Hospital was built by local residents 70 years ago and is a source of pride for the community. To this day, the care we provide is world-class, but the hospital building itself is aging. As technology advances our equipment needs grow too. By funding capital campaigns, state-of-the-art equipment, clinical staff education programs and important patient comforts, we can ensure caregivers have tools that match their skills and are working in a space built to meet modern health care practices.
