About Language Marketplace Inc
Language Marketplace is considered to be a leading language service provider for quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness, while still offering great personal service. We think it comes down to two main reasons – our service attitude and the quality of our translators and interpreters. Our business has grown phenomenally AND organically due to four main factors: 1) We only hire certified human translators who are qualified and translate “into” their native tongue. These team members are a combination of in-house, full-time contract, as well as part-time contract personnel. 2) We proofread all translation work with an independent certified translator, as well as a second independent “document format” check before returning work to a customer. We do this with a process that meets even tight deadlines! We provide 24 hour round-the-clock services for many of our contracts! 3) We are certified to CGSB-131.10, the Canadian standard for processing of translation services. We are also certified to as per ISO17100 -Translation services, which requires a separate translator to proofread and revise all our documents. 4) We offer great customer service! We respond quickly and personally to our customers’ needs with dedicated Account Coordinators. Language Marketplace provides translation and interpretation services into 140 languages for a broad range of clients from government institutions to Fortune 500 companies. We provide service to both the public and private sectors.
