Mit ambulanten Institutionen setzt die Lanserhof Group zudem seit 2012 auf den Standort Hamburg. Im LANS Medicum und dem LANS Physio liegt der Fokus auf Sportorthopädie und Therapie mit einem interdisziplinären Team von Fachärzt:innen, Sportwissenschaftler:innen, Physiotherapeut:innen, Osteopath:innen und Ernährungswissenschaftler:innen. Seit 2019 ist der Lanserhof London in Zusammenarbeit mit Londons legendärem The Arts Club als exklusive Wellness-Klinik etabliert. 2026 wird die Eröffnung des ersten spanischen Lanserhof in Marbella erwartet.
