We lend in major city centres in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Our lending program focuses on interest-only loans with a term of one year, extendible for one additional year at the option of the borrower. Lanyard’s Residential Lending Program: The Residential Program offers jumbo mortgages from $750,000 to $5 million. Lanyard’s residential program provides mortgage solutions for clients with large mortgage needs and who currently sit outside of traditional bank lending guidelines. We lend up to 65% loan-to-value and allow second mortgages.
