Laramar People Originally co-founded in 1989 (known as Elkor Realty) by Jeff Elowe, Laramar benefits from an experienced management team of real estate professionals. Laramar Properties Laramar targets investment opportunities for multi-family, mixed-use and senior housing properties. We then enhance these properties through redevelopment/renovation, management and repositioning. It is a process that has allowed us to establish our track record and build our portfolio to $1 billion in just over 10 years. It has also allowed us to develop properties that many now call home.
