Lares Inmobiliaria was born in the middle of an economic crisis, convinced that in the real estate sector things could be done differently: away from speculation, encouraging rental and rehabilitation and enhancing the natural treasure of Galicia. Always against the clock, during the years of the housing bubble we were working on a long-term project (Lares Nosos) dedicated to the rehabilitation of our own properties to rent and to our tenants. Years later, when the real estate market ceased to be attractive and real estate began to close, Lares Inmobiliaria was born. Rare? Not so much ... It was time to break with the old, to do something new in the real estate market: we wanted to promote, more than ever, rent, which had always been our job. And so we put our experience at the service of other landlords so that they can rent their properties to advise and accompany them in this process, sharing with them the good practices as homeowners who were Lares's own. And we also put at the service of those seeking housing for rent, to offer them more and better homes, and to know their rights as tenants, the benefits of living in rent and to facilitate them through new technologies looking for their home .
