About Lars & Margo

Small batch speciality coffee bean roasters, based in southeast Cornwall, looking towards a more sustainable roasting practice - sourcing from smaller farms with ethical and sustainable beliefs. Having launched at the start of the coronavirus pandemic lockdown in 2020 it was a natural response to profile our roasting and expertise to the domestic brewer. As a result we became visible on the shelves of many retail stores and through word of mouth now supply to the hospitality trade throughout Cornwall, southwest Devon and Wiltshire. We welcome the public to our roastery where we offer a discount for refills - we believe in an open approach and greatly enjoy introducing and demonstrating 'Genevieve' at her best (our current roasting machine). With ambitious plans ahead to become a fully sustainable roasters our journey is only just beginning.
