LaSalle Medical Associates is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) with 4 staff model clinics in San Bernardino County and a network of independently contracted providers in Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, and Tulare counties. LaSalle Medical Associates employs over 100 individuals dedicated to providing excellent service to our members, averaging over 100,000 patient visits per year. LaSalle Medical Associates is affiliated with the following hospitals. Arrowhead Regional Medical Center Central Valley General Hospital – Hanford Coalinga Regional Medical Center Community Hospital of San Bernardino Hanford Community Medical Center Kaweah Delta District Hospital Loma Linda University Medical Center Parkview Community Hospital Selma Community Hospital Victor Valley Community Hospital White Memorial Medical Center LaSalle Medical Associates has been recognized as one of the top online enrollers for the Healthy Families program for the State of California. Healthy Families enrollments to date are more than 100,000 children. This program has now merged with Medi-Cal LaSalle Medical Associates now enrolls Seniors in Medicare and Medi-Cal programs. LaSalle Medical Associates is one of the few entities in conjunction with the Inland Empire Health Plan that enrolls in the Healthy Kids program. LaSalle Medical Associates averages 100 Community-based outreach events for the Inland Empire annually. These events range from major city-sponsored health fairs to church fairs, law enforcement fairs, and school district events. LaSalle Medical Associates was awarded the FIRST 5 Access to Healthcare grant through 2010. This provides funding for enrollment and patient retention efforts. LaSalle has received numerous awards from City and State organizations throughout its inception.
