LASERTECH Floorplan's professional goal is to help maintain a competitive status by providing valuable support services that are second to none (in speed, cost and quality). Accurate existing condition drawings are prepared quickly, correctly and cost efficiently. LASERTECH Floorplans are not designers nor architects. The only desire is to provide extremely high quality, accurate information that will empower clients to be more productive and cost effective. By way of introduction, LASERTECH is an international service provider of as-built/existing condition floor plans and related products. Founded in 1998, our company has cost effectively measured and drawn over two hundred million square feet of office, retail, educational/college, industrial, institutional, and government space throughout North America. Proprietary LTS Survey (proprietary) Software puts LASERTECH in the forefront for the preparation of accurate, comprehensive, and cost efficient as-built floor plans related products such as reflected ceiling plans, power/communication plans and elevations. Deliverables include hardcopy Building Reports together with AutoCAD (DWG) (layered to the Client Standard), REVIT and digital graphic (PDF) files, as well as digital photos. The CAD files become the property of the client. Projects have been completed from Anchorage to Miami, and New York to San Diego, through 45 States, as well as Canada and Mexico.
