Founded in 2004, by Judy Saalinger, PhD., LMFT and Arthur Farkas, PhD, Lasting Recovery, San Diego Outpatient Treatment Center for substance abuse and mental health treatment, is celebrating 15 years of providing innovative programs to the San Diego community. We added Partial Hospitalization Programs in 2010 and currently offer CBT and DBT programs with our Addiction/Co-occurring disorder track. We are pleased to have received CARF Accreditation every year since 2010. In 2018 Dr. Arthur Farkas, co-founder and Clinical Director and Dr. Kai MacDonald, Medical Director, presented courses at the San Diego Psychology Assn.'s Fall Conference, "Encountering Substance Use in Clinical Practice: Emerging Issues and Divergent Perspectives." Through our website and blog, we continue to share the most current information and news on substance use and mental health issues with our visitors.
