About Latasha's Kitchen
Latasha always cooks with love, passion and a generous heart. This is why Latasha’s Kitchen products are uncompromisingly good. Latasha’s Kitchen began as a café in Leederville in 2003, after founder Latasha Menon brought traditional Indian, South Asian and South-East Asian cooking to Western Australia. The café later accommodated a cooking studio and pantry, one of the first of its kind in Perth, which is still remembered with fondness by the community today. In 2013 Latasha moved on to creating her range of products for the home-cook. Latasha’s Kitchen is now building a presence around the world through a growing number of stockists, importers and distributors, and continues to retail her products on the Latasha’s Kitchen website. Our products are certified Australian-made and crafted, using only the best local fresh ingredients and imported top-quality dried herbs and spices by Latasha in her commercial kitchen. Most products are also naturally suitable for vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans and coeliacs. They are also free of fillers, artificial preservatives, bulking agents, citric acid, colours and MSG. Every product is certified gluten and wheat-free and endorsed by Coeliac Australia. The wide range of award-winning products are versatile and influenced by the flavours of South-East Asia, Regional India and Australasia, ensuring a unique, modern experience with roots in uncompromising tradition. Latasha’s Kitchen is still a 100% family-owned business based in Perth, Western Australia.
