About Later Life Training Limited
Later Life Training (LLT), a not-for profit business, is an established provider across the UK and internationally of training, education and support for exercise leaders and instructors in health, care, leisure and community settings. LLT focuses on changing the approach and expectations of progressive and regular exercise opportunities to deliver tangible outcomes for older people through combatting frailty, falls and fractures. LLT have trained nearly 16,000 physical activity, health, care and leisure professionals to date. LLT works collaboratively and in partnership with public health, local authorities, the NHS, professional societies, care and leisure providers, as well as charitable organisations to develop and provide training based on needs and best practice evidence.
