Being fully independent means we can be flexible and offer a bespoke service to our clients. Both Ben Smith and I, Rochelle Latham have legal training relating to the vast amount of legislation which now governs this industry. (I am a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and Ben is a Member of ARLA) and this means we are easily able to guide landlords and clients through the complex legislation offering reassurance along the way. Celebrating the recent recognition by the British Property Awards of being the best letting agent in our area for two years running 2020/21 & 2019/20, we also boast the accolades that Ben won the UK's Best Lettings Manager, as voted by the prestigious Sunday Times Awards in 2014.
