The Latino Community Development Agency (LCDA) is committed to enhancing the quality of life for Latinos and the broader Oklahoma community through education, leadership, services, and advocacy. Established in 1991, LCDA offers culturally responsive programs and services that promote health, education, and social well-being. With 24 impactful programs, we serve over 40,000 individuals annually, providing vital resources that empower families and strengthen communities. In 2005, LCDA undertook an intensive organizational challenge to earn national accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). This process established high standards of quality for our business operations, program policies, and procedures to ensure the needs of those we serve are met and the best possible outcomes are achieved. Today, LCDA is proud to have successfully maintained the highest level of CARF accreditation for the fourth consecutive term. The trust we’ve built with the community over the years has positioned LCDA as a Latino services clearinghouse. With a dedicated team of 88 employees—50 full-time staff and a combination of part-time and contract therapists—we deliver comprehensive outreach through 24 programs and numerous events that address diverse community needs. Our efforts are further supported by university students and hundreds of volunteers, ensuring a wide-reaching impact on the communities we serve.
