About Latitude Architects

Latitude is an established medium sized architectural practice based in London Bridge. The practice's work is primarily located in central London and ranges across development projects for the London Estates: Grosvenor and Cadogan to theatres, public buildings and private houses. Much of Latitude's work is repeat business as a result of the practice's focus on responsiveness to the client's commercial requirements, a passion for excellent design and ensuring robust deliverability of the projects, which have ranged in construction cost from £42 million to £130,000. The substantial experience of people within the practice means that Latitude is able to provide a full range of architectural and design services from inception of a project to completion. Obtaining exceptional planning consents on complex historic buildings within urban contexts is a speciality and the practice has an excellent reputation with the planning departments of the central London boroughs. Latitude has a 15 year track record of producing elegant design proposals in careful response to the client's brief and then leading these projects to successful conclusions characterised by the attention to detail necessary to translate the promise of the concept into reality.
