About Launch II Success

Launch II Success helps college students successfully transition to their career and financial wellbeing post college. We operate a unique 4-day career launch boot camp where students work with expert career advisors to learn how to conduct a search and navigate the hiring processes to land their first job or internship. We prepare them for the challenges of choosing an initial career path, identifying positions and companies, and the process of landing their first full time job. We also teach college students how to succeed in their first job and build personal financial security through financial literacy. Launch II Success guides students in developing the knowledge and confidence to successfully navigate the job search process and get started on the right foot in life beyond college. Our four-day boot camp includes interactive instruction and practice across six areas that are key to landing a job, succeeding in the role and building a life post college: 1. Choosing initial career path and defining job search strategy 2. Marketing Yourself and Strategic Positioning 3. Networking and Applying for Jobs 4. Interview Preparation 5. Career Management: Succeeding in the first role and beyond 6. Financial Literacy Why Is Our Program So Critical? Students and parents spend countless hours and resources in high school to prepare for the transition to college. But the post college transition to rigorous process of securing the first job, managing an early career, and the financial literacy skills needed to live independently is even more critical, and preparation is inadequate.
