Launch Now is the “beyond graduation” tool designed to encourage student career exploration during grade school, while also creating and strengthening connections throughout the local community. We start by providing self-assessment resources to students and school educators on our platform to identify each students’ unique set of interests and ambitions. Using those identifiers, we introduce tailored career paths and local opportunities for workplace learning and mentorship with our community partners. Launch Now’s ultimate goal is to streamline and utilize existing resources to create an accessible wealth of information for students to explore. Through our platform, we aim to better equip students with the knowledge and resources they need to make aligned and empowered choices in their career paths.
