About Launch Pad Job Club

Launch Pad Job Club is a networking, support, and job lead sharing organization that aids and supports job seekers in their search for The Perfect Job. A federally recognized nonprofit organization, LPJC presents our FREE weekly meeting every Friday morning that provides job search information, motivation, programs, speakers, networking opportunities, and door prizes. Friday afternoons feature our FREE weekly satellite classes focusing on: Linkedin & Jobscan; Acing your Interviews (virtual and in-person); and, Salary Negotiation. All classes are led by club President and highly-experienced career coach, Kathy Lansford-Powell. Kathy has over 40 years' experience working with job seekers, first in her role with Texas Workforce Solutions and now with Austin Community College, instructing job seekers via the college's job incubator. We're meeting virtually over Zoom during the pandemic but look forward to the day we can be back at our sponsored location Goodwill Career and Technical Academy.
