Our proven process includes the following steps: • Get to know our client and its business • Prepare a summary of key value drivers and adjusted financial information used to solicit investment banks • Identify and pre-screen investment banks (deal size fit, industry knowledge/experience, staffing model, availability/bandwidth, etc.) • Assist with investment bank selection and negotiation of engagement terms • Monitor and advise on investment bank workstreams throughout the sale process • Consult with the owner, investment bankers and attorneys at key decision points in the process We stay involved throughout the process helping guide the owner with a calm and steady hand based on our experiences assisting hundreds of clients as investment bankers and selling our own businesses using investment bankers.
