LaunchPad Collective, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to transforming historically underinvested communities through equitable development, community wealth-building, and economic self-determination. Our mission is to create sustainable, inclusive spaces where people, especially those too often left out, can live, work, and thrive. We do this by reimagining what development looks like: not as a force of displacement, but as a vehicle for justice, ownership, and opportunity. Our vision is a future where transitional-age youth, veterans, and working families have access to quality housing, local jobs, and the tools to build generational wealth right in their own neighborhoods. Our action plan begins in San Bernardino, where we're activating a network of modular, mixed-use developments that combine attainable housing with community-serving commercial space, workforce training, and small business incubation. Through innovative partnerships, long-term affordability strategies, and scalable models, we’re proving that community-led development is not only possible, it’s essential.
