From The Inside Out Project is a program that fosters self-awareness and interpersonal skills in the workplace, resulting in improved interactions among co-workers, supervisors and managers. Laura combines two decades as a union employee with her social work and graduate level teaching skills to weave a remarkably effective technique of improving staff communication from the bottom up.
