About Lauren Brady Yoga
Yoga, Coaching, & Retreats, in Barcelona and beyond. A decade ago I discovered the transformative power of yoga – not for the much-admired gymnastic inspired poses – but as the gurus intended; by moving the body in breath-synchronised movement to gain insight and respite from the constantly chattering monkey mind. In 2015, I completed my 200-hr Yoga teacher training with Dylan Ayaloo and in 2018 went on to complete a further 40 hours in Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo. Most recently I’ve delved into a 30 hour Mandala & The Elements training with Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke and this is the training which has most inspired my current teaching style. In 2023, I began a new healing journey through coaching and witnessed the power firsthand for dealing with anxiety, insomnia, self doubt and self worth.
