About Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation
Upon losing our 26 year old daughter, Lauri, to leukemia my late husband, Herb Strauss, and I established the Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation in her honor and memory. Our mission is to find a cure and eradicate leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease. non-Hodkin's lymphoma,multiple myeloma and all related cancers and diseases. We fund research projects at major medical centers, focusing on young investigators, present an annual lecture at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, fund marrow drives and patient care.
