Why fight the mic? Use a Lav Magnet! As a 30 year audio engineer and a/v technician/room operator in the corporate engagement and trade show industries, I’ve used all the tricks for clipping a lavalier on t-shirts, blouses and dresses. We’ve all been there. You’re operating a room and in walks your presenter. Maybe it’s a keynote speaker in a t-shirt and jeans or in full business mode wearing a dress with no neckline, no belt or belt line. You can dig into the back of the dress and clip it to the bra, leaving the belt pack uncomfortably grinding into the back. I got tired of these situations. I started searching for solutions and very few were available. The few things I did find were pricey and not convenient to use. So I decided to sit down at the drawing board and develop a solution. What I came up with is simple and fast to use. It requires no changing of your mic clip or belt pack clip.
