The AAA Baltic Service Company – Law Firm, established in the year 1992, is also known by the name AAA Legal Services, specializes in the fields of commercial law and intellectual property law (protection against counterfeiting, copyright law, design, franchise, patent and trademark law). We have offices in Lithuania and Estonia, as well as representatives in Latvia and other countries. In the annual surveys, performed by “Managing Intellectual Property”, the best intellectual property specialists have many times recognized our company as the best one in the Baltic States, working in the fields of trademarks, patents and copyright law. It was also confirmed by the results of research carried out by „Chambers and Partners“ in 2009. On the basis of these results AAA Baltic Service Company – Law Firm was acknowledged to be one of the leading companies in Lithuania in the field of intellectual property protection. In 2010 AAA Baltic Service Company - Law firm became a sole representative for Lithuania in European law Firm (ELF). ELF unifies 27 law firms acting in different countries across whole Europe: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Baltic states, Scandinavia, Switzerland. Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Belgium and other, one in each country. The general meeting of ELF members voted unanimously in favour of accepting AAA Baltic Service Company as the newest member, completing representation across the Baltic States.
