The law practice of Grace S. Bellomy is located in Boerne, and extends to the needs of clients in San Antonio, the Hill Country Region and South Texas. In 2010, Ms. Bellomy resolved a defendant employee's criminal false accusation sexual assault case with a "no-bill;" succeeded in administrative hearings to reverse an F-5 status in a wrongful termination case; and succeeded in enforcing an arbitration agreement. In 2011, Ms. Bellomy represented a whistle-blower in the law enforcement field. She successfully resolved claims against the employer, the County Sheriff's department. In 2012 and 2013, Ms. Bellomy represented and successfully resolved personal injury claims arising out of an automobile accident; and drafted loan agreements, non-competition agreements, sales representative agreements, asset purchase agreements, and advised on employment matters for corporate employers in the areas of retail sales, publishing, and medical device industry. In 2014 and 2015, Ms. Bellomy has successfully trademarked word marks and design marks with one initial filing resulting in publication. She has represented a client in a copyright infringement matter, and successfully settled. One client successfully recovered through settlement with a car dealer defendant for damage to a collectible car. Two client employers resolved claims from attorneys of former employees, with no liability whatsoever. In addition, Ms. Bellomy has drafted sales agreements, Company Agreements involving investors and given advice on various employment matters.
