Steven Nachman is a seasoned real estate lawyer handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including negotiation of property acquisitions and dispositions, leases and subleases, loan transactions, joint venture agreements, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, construction agreements, management agreements, and other real estate-related agreements. Mr. Nachman is a graduate of NYU School of Law and also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development & Investment from NYU. Steven is a former CPA (he started his career at Price Waterhouse) and practices law as a commercial real estate attorney. Mr. Nachman started his law career at a large New York law firm (Willkie Farr & Gallagher) and then achieved the position of General Counsel of a national real estate owner/developer, where he was responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s operations. In addition, Steven has served on a variety of boards and executive committees. Mr. Nachman is also frequently a featured speaker on a variety of real estate-related topics for continuing law education (CLE), including speaking at the annual US Shopping Center Law Conference hosted by the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC).
