Established in 2018, Lawstop brings together a group of lawyers with several years of combined legal expertise, committed to social justice. 🔴 What we do: We take and win challenging Legal Aid cases to represent and fight for people who are not treated fairly or lawfully. We also advocate for individuals under community care, requesting assessments under the Care Act and Children's Act, advising on level of support and care for mental health and substance abuse issues, and working with mental capacity issues, best interest and Court of Protection.
