We are an Impact Startup that delivers an all-in-one solution for women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). 75% of women suffer from Premenstrual syndrome, 8% from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and this number is underrated as it takes an average of 12 years and 6.15 health providers to be diagnosed with PMDD. PMS is a collection of 150 symptoms both physiological and psychological. PMS & PMDD have dire consequences in people’s live, from losing a job, getting divorced, absenteeism, presenteeism, and difficult interpersonal relations to suicidal thoughts. Founded in 2023, MyPerfectCycle Mena’s mission is to give back quality time by reducing or eliminating PMS and PMDD through an all-in-one solution in the form of efficient natural teas and supplements, period care, selfcare and motivational content delivered to the door on a cycle’s basis. Mena is also a mobile application providing digital support through symptoms tracking & prediction, routine organizer, custom reminders for Mena solutions intake, cycle-based exercise, and nutrition recommendations, coping strategies to manage “Hell week”, peer support, and emergency support for life threatening situations.
