As your therapist, I am dedicated to helping you explore the many layers of your emotions, uncovering aspects of yourself you never knew existed. As you peel away these layers, you also release what no longer serves you, revealing a core filled with thoughts and beliefs that align with your true essence and inner calling – a process that unlocks your true potential and brings you closer to the person you were always meant to be. Founded by my teacher, Marisa Peer, RTT is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Traditional Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Unlike traditional ‘talk therapy’ approaches, RTT has been proven to be successful for most people within just 1-3 sessions. This rapid transformative process is attributed to harnessing the power of the subconscious mind, where approximately 90% of your automated thoughts, feelings, and actions take place.
