Lead Design Studios is a Chartered Architectural Practice with an office in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Launching in Jan 2025, we are proud of our swiftly growing nationwide portfolio, particularly in the commercial sector working on some prestigious sites such as the O2 London (Millennium Dome) and the AO Arena in Manchester. Likewise in the residential sector, we are working on Homes England funded development and supported living schemes, as well as several self build projects with a range of user and design requirements such as passive house and new M4(3) dwellings. With many of our clients being repeat business or referrals, why us? Other than our service with a smile and attention to detail, our leadership qualities within the design team make life easier for planning consultants, projects managers, development managers, contractors and design coordinators who are often left heading up consultant design teams. Setting a design phase programme and being the focal point between the client, consultants and contractors, we fulfil that role naturally and ensure the client's needs are met.
