Lead Estimating can provide estimating support for your project at any stage of its life cycle from early concept through to feasibility / investment decision gates and execution. We have experience working with all stakeholders of a project including the owner, engineering consultant, and design and construction contractor. Lead Estimating can plan your estimate ensuring key inputs are defined and coordinated between interfaces. As well as manage the estimating process, including coordinating the team on large multidiscipline projects, resulting in the desired outcome for estimate accuracy and preparation timeframe. Lead Estimating, a Brisbane based company, was founded by Steve Braine. Steve is a senior estimator having 15+ years experience as a hands-on estimator generally taking the role of Lead Estimator for major project cost estimates and tenders. Ten years prior engineering experience (Bachelor of Engineering-Mechanical) in design, construction and project management, provides a solid estimating base.
