The Lead Telicom Pvt Ltd has been created for the outsourcing to handle a high demand response to deal with inbound telephone calls on behalf of our UK customers. This has happened due to a few reasons, firstly there was a shortage of competent, reliable staff for some of our customers, with chasing up members of their team!, monitoring them based in the UK. This a time consuming role!. We were approached by some early customers of what was it like in Pakistan to get some good competent staff?. So we decided to have a look!!. We were aware that there a quite a few call centres in Saddar Rawalpindi, doing a similar thing with outbound and inbound calls on behalf of their American, European Companies and doing this over the past 10 years!. After some research and beta trials, we have created our own managed 24/7 office, with onsite technical support, and training for using several different booking and dispatch systems.
