Leaders Building Leaders focuses on supporting charter schools and the communities they serve. Our mission is to be the difference-maker in the leadership development of individuals and organizations. We provide consulting, onsite training, and masterminds to help school leaders and board members set and achieve goals for their school communities. Because a school leader’s job is arguably one of the most interrupted jobs anywhere, the Leaders Building Leaders team has packaged components of the John Maxwell core-learning systems and other leadership literature that will maximize a leader’s communication skills, ability to lead teams, recruit, develop and empower staff, and most importantly learn how to make choices leaders must make daily to effectively invest in their most precious commodity – their time. Led by Dr. Thomas Miller, a former public charter school director and North Carolina charter school consultant, Leaders Building Leaders provides personalized governance training, strategic planning support and executive coaching to assist school leaders in identifying and solving critical issues so they can focus on the organization’s priority: educating children.
