Leaders Recognizing Leaders Inc. is a nonprofit 501c(3) Global Youth and Young Adults Community Service, Leadership Organization. Leaders Recognizing Leaders Inc. Started in 2010 with our first #LeadersAwardsGala event and was officially registered on April ,1st 2011, in Nashville Tennessee and in Fort Lauderdale Florida on January 31st 2012. We started with a simple evening of memorable Leadership awards, Today we provide Educational Workshops, Leadership Training Sessions, and Community Service Projects to enhance, motivate, and recognize struggling teens. We seek to find each person's weakness and turn them into their strength, to also promote occupational and personal growth. LRL's proud diversity has attracted persons from all interdisciplinary circles such as high school seniors, juniors, college students & non-college working individuals; we have with us many young Artists, Musicians, Actors, Designers,Preachers, Teachers, Community Activist, Entrepreneurs,Celebrities, & Community Elected Officials, that all come together to share an inter-generational environment. We seek out the leadership and community service accomplishments of future leaders, unsung heroes between the ages of 15-25 years.
