About Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching, Inc. was founded in 1996 to help leaders promote responsibility, maturity and confidence at work and at home, beginning with their own functioning. We accomplish this by teaching dramatically-effective relationship management and decision-making skills for leaders of small businesses, professional firms and institutions. Our services consist of customized, individual coaching and leadership team cohesion programs. In addition, we host an Annual Leaders Retreat during the first week of every January, featuring an in-depth exploration of a topic of current, critical importance. Our nine-month, intensive Advanced Leadership Course builds on the compelling scientific and clinical research of pioneering psychiatrist, Dr. Murray Bowen.
