The Leadership Edge 3-tier accreditation programme develops participants' understanding of what great coaching can do before they embark on coaching others with our ongoing support and compiling their reflective accreditation portfolio. For coaching to be of true value there must be recognition that it is SKILLS based and requires practice. A one-off training course will not embed a culture. So that is NOT what we offer.
