We operate as a collective with a wide range of individuals teaming up to contribute to a range of projects while also supporting and developing each other in the process. Our Leadership Lab team covers all of New Zealand/Aotearoa and through the extensive network of robust and trusting relationships where we form partnerships with local leaders. We believe that the scale and complexity of the issues that many organisations and communities face are beyond the scope of the leadership approaches that have served us well in the past. However, collectively leaders have the vision, will and resources to co-create new approaches to address these most complex and challenging issues. Leadership Lab’s purpose is to support the emergence of flourishing organisations and communities. Our unique bi-cultural heritage provides a rich resource of wisdom and insight that informs the practice of collective leadership. As an organisation that has its home in Aotearoa, we acknowledge and draw from that wisdom. Respecting and valuing the unique cultural identity of each person and community allows us all to contribute our gifts and thrive together The Leadership Lab team works and thinks in a connected, systemic and long-term way.
