That’s me - Chris, and I’m passionate about getting things done and helping others turn their visions into reality. I’ve created leadership development functions, mentorship programs, and talent development fellowships in nonprofits from the ground up. And as someone who was raised to not speak assertively, I’ve honed influence and negotiation skills necessary to get things done through others authentically, leading multidisciplinary project teams, serving as chair on a board of directors, and negotiating with government agencies. My training and experience as a licensed therapist also allows me to focus on you as a whole person, bringing invaluable insights into understanding human behavior and mindsets and behavioral change.
