About Leadership Workshops

We run workshops for our subscribing companies to develop leadership skills at middle and senior levels A business serving subscribing companies who send their people in leadership positions to a series of bi-monthly workshops to experience world class speakers on a range of topics e.g. presentation skills, AI, leadership, managing people, finance, sales, personal development, accountability, customer service. Our tagline of "Developing People (who) Taking Action (will) Grow Business" passes the Ronseal test (it does what it says on the tin). The MDs, Chief Executives and CEOs of the subscribing companies are firm believers that the only sure way to success is through their people. Our series of workshops allows them to bring the same or different delegates to the various sessions. In addition to the excellent and practical speaker input, delegates benefit from making connections with people in non-competing companies. Over time the various operations managers/directors, sales managers/directors etc get to know their equivalents in the other companies and share ideas and best practice.
