LeaderSource’s mission is to catalyze and strengthen indigenous movements of healthy leader development and care, and thereby accelerate church planting and disciple-making, especially among the least served. Having contributed to the field of leader development for over 20 years, we currently have ongoing leader development engagements in over 30 nations. Generating impact in over 128 nations worldwide, our materials have been translated into dozens of languages. Everything we do is for the purpose of envisioning, training, mentoring and empowering local leaders. Our team members do this in a few major ways: ◆ We are VISIONARIES. We equip leaders with a vision to build healthy leaders who will launch healthy churches. ◆ We are SPIRITUAL MOTHERS & FATHERS. We nurture leaders in their own spiritual lives, biblical understanding, marriages, families and ministries. ◆ We are TEACHERS. We train leaders on the core principles and practices of healthy leader development. We do not just give them a particular curriculum or preplanned leader development “package,” but instead help them to internalize the fundamental biblical principles of holistic leader development. ◆ We are MENTORS. We provide ongoing coaching to leaders, pastors, and ministry partners as they form and implement their own training designs within their respective environments. ◆ We are PROVIDERS. We resource leaders with printed materials, models, frameworks, tools, examples of learning designs and case studies of effective leader development in a variety of contexts, and other pertinent resources. ◆ We are PIONEERS. We help leaders launch new forms of training in various ministry sectors, exploring what really works in their local context. ◆ We are NETWORKERS. We help leaders network with other ministry partners and churches.
