About Leading Change Experiences
Hello, I’m Jess — founder of Leading Change Experiences and creator of the Culture Shift™ framework: a human-centred, behaviourally-aware approach to team and leadership development that transforms how people feel and function at work. I believe the way people experience work — emotionally and behaviourally — shapes everything. I deliver experiential workshops that go beyond theory to spark real change through real experience. My work focuses on: - Leadership and emotional awareness - Behavioural insight and communication - Interpersonal dynamics and trust - Developing emotionally fit, psychologically safe teams Whether through Culture Spark (short-form workshops for insight and alignment) or Culture Shift™ (a deeper behavioural change model), I work with growth-oriented businesses, educators, agribusinesses, and leaders across rural, regional and corporate sectors to develop the people side of performance. One of the most unique parts of my work involves horses—our most honest co-facilitators. They provide profound feedback to people and teams, helping uncover blind spots, build emotional and behavioural awareness, and practise real-time relational skills in a connected and powerful way.
