About Leading Edge Process Consultants
A small yet accomplished Partner of the world-renowned Software Engineering Institute (SEI), specializing in the delivery of world-class CMMI appraisals and surprisingly engaging CMMI training. We have a uniquely experienced team of senior SEI-Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraisers and SCAMPI B&C Team Leaders, with certifications and real-world experience in all three CMMI constellations (Development, Services, and Acquisition) as well as High Maturity. We've hand-selected our appraisers based on their practical business orientation and outstanding communication skills. (And yes, they actually do speak languages other than CMMI!) We're also passionate about training, continuously adding creative touches to our classes.
