About Leading Through Storms
We invite you to explore, in community with others, what it means to lead consciously during these troubled times. We are a small, young Community Interest Company formed to build a global community of leaders from all walks of life and organisations. We support these leaders build more psychological capability in ‘no-regrets’ practices, so they can lead by example to contribute as citizen-leaders to a more compassionate, collaborative, actively conscious (including of the more-than-human) and wise society during these times of environmental collapse. We work on-line and in person. We have facilitated successful workshops with a global reach since Jan 2020. Participants report that they really appreciate our work and holding, which helps reframe leadership at this crucial time in our species’ history. We structure our work in cycles of inquiry, action (experiments) and reflection, and draw upon stimuli and tools that recognise we all have somatic, emotional, relational, spiritual and cognitive sides to us. In this way we help raise participants’ sense of agency in owning their own integration of these aspects of being human, which in turn, for example, creates the conditions to support more inter-independent, mutual and transforming exercise of their power and influence - leading to greater impact on the ground and between the ears / in hearts and guts - where it counts.
