Following the completion of his doctoral work, Navy Bob brought together a powerhouse team of seasoned professionals — collectively representing over 100 years of leadership experience across the military, government, hospitality, legal, and corporate sectors. This diverse group combines real-world wisdom with academic excellence: two members hold terminal degrees, ensuring that every insight, strategy, and solution is grounded in both scholarly rigor and practical, results-driven expertise.
